I LOVE this family! When I first started to identify I’d like to do more with this photography thing, I emailed several of my friends letting them know I’d like additional experience. Kim contacted me and my very first job was shooting Madison’s baptism. Since then, I’ve shot several of their family photo sessions and my husband and I are also great friends with Kim and Corey. Coincidentally, they also grew up in Michigan so we have a lot in common. This session was so much fun, I just don’t think the kids could get any cuter!

I am so lucky to be able to capture families as the kids grow! I took pictures of Juliette when she was a newborn, and I’m happy to say she’s just as sweet and adorable now as she was then! I took pictures of Ann Marie, Eddie, and Juliette in a fun family session last weekend in Irvine. The great thing about working with kids is they’re unpredictable. You might think that’s a downside, but in order to keep them engaged, you have to keep changing things around, which makes for really fun pictures! Thanks for a great session, guys!

Lucy, Russ, Grant & Alec

It’s been almost a year since I’ve seen this family! It’s amazing how much Grant and Alec have grown in that time. This shoot ALMOST didn’t happen in the rain, but Lucy was able to come up with a great back-up location ;) Enjoy!

Boy, I hit the jackpot with this family! We’ve actually known them for awhile – my husband and Victor went to school together, but didn’t figure out they were both living in California until a couple of years ago! Victor + Maggie are two of the sweetest people we know, and it sure looks like their adorable boys are following suit! They recently welcomed a new baby boy to their family and I was honored to capture David and the rest of the family!

Here’s the newest addition! He didn’t want to sleep, but I think the cute expressions captured were well worth it!

He’s already perfected the side-eye. Kids these days, they grow up so fast! ;)

I call this one, “Lemme out of the picture!”

Daniel was NOT afraid of the camera, if you can’t tell…;)
