…and he’s playing piano at The Shout House in San Diego! After being inhabited by the smoke monster so long, I’m sure it’s bit of a letdown, but hey, everyone has to make a living.
Last weekend Kevin and I traveled to San Diego to meet his brother, who was in town for a work conference. We’re lucky that we get so many guests out here, and we were THRILLED to head up to the Gaslamp District of San Diego, as it’s one of our favorite spots. Being rabid LOST (sniff) fans, we both had the same reaction when we walked in. Not to mention the actual bar itself is a BLAST! It was my first time visiting a piano bar and I see why they’re so popular.
I’m off to my stomping grounds next week – Michigan! As much as I love it out here, it’s always great to see friends and family. Plus, because I’m not living there anymore, now I’m treated like a ROCKSTAR when I return! Absence makes the heart grow fonder…or at least it minimizes my annoyances ;)
